When my third baby arrived, we were so deep in survival mode that instead of dressing everyone in coordinated outfits, we stayed in pajamas for our newborn photo session. And you know what? Those are some of my favorite photos. Everyone was comfortable, relaxed, and the images tell the truth of that season in our lives better than anything staged could have.

With in home newborn photos, we’re not on a strict schedule. Yes, I can usually get what I need in an hour or so, but we follow the baby’s lead.
